LeRoy Funderburk

We regret to inform you of the unfortunate loss of one of the community’s most beloved individuals, LeRoy Funderburk who transitioned on December 11, 2022.

LeRoy served his community in multiple capacities. In addition to his primary role as the Supervisor for Sunstar Paramedics, he also served as a devoted member of the BAYTAF Officials Association and USATF Florida Officials. His sudden passing has struck the hearts of many as he was absolutely revered throughout the community and on a national scale in youth track & field.
