Age Divisions & Eligibility Requirements FoR YOUTH: USATF MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. Age Divisions

8 & under (born 2014 +) – 2 KM (1.24 Miles)

9 - 10 (born 2012-2013) – 3 KM (1.86 Miles)

11 - 12 (born 2010-2011) – 3 KM (1.86 Miles)

13 - 14 (born 2008-2009) – 4 KM (2.48 Miles)

15 - 16 (born 2006-2007) – 5 KM (3.1 Miles)

17 - 18 (born 2004-2005**) – 5 KM (3.1 Miles)
*athletes born in 2003 are also eligible if they do not turn 19 on or before 12/10/2022

* Per USATF Rule 300.1 (c) "Athletes must be at least seven (7) years of age on December 31 of the current year to compete at the Youth Athletics or Junior Olympic National Championships."

2022 USATF Region 4 Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships will be held on November 19 in GA and location is TBD
2022 USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships will be held on December 10,2022 at College Station, TX

OPEN AND MASTERS WOMEN – 6,000m
OPEN AND MASTERS MEN – 10,000m
ENTRY FEES AND PROCESS:

ONLY ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED at
www.athletic.net

Individual Entries: $10 for Youth and $20 for Open/Masters
Online registration opens September 22, 2022. Fees must be paid online by the close of registration
