The race between American David Oliver and Shanghai native Liu Xiang is the most eagerly awaited feature of tomorrow’s Dunlop Shanghai Golden Grand Prix, which serves as the second stop of the 2011 Samsung Diamond League.
GRAND RAPIDS - American Record holder Fernando Cabada (Boulder, Colo.) ran 1:15:41 to reclaim the men's 25 km title he last won in 2006; and Molly Pritz (Rochester Hills, Mich.) took her first U.S. championship crown, running 1:25:38 at the USA 25 km Championships Saturday. The championships were hosted for the 18th year by the Fifth Third River Bank Run in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Today, Arciniaga works in a professional field where shorts are part of the uniform, naps are encouraged and running twice a day is the norm.

INDIANAPOLIS – Andrew Carlson (Minneapolis, Minn.) returns to Grand Rapids looking to defend his 25 km title while 2004 Olympian Colleen De Reuck (Boulder, Colo.) looks to win her second women’s title since 2005 at the 2011 USA 25 km Championships. The championships will be hosted for the 18th year by the Fifth Third River Bank Run this Saturday.
