INDIANAPOLIS – Athletes with World Championships and Olympic experience, and a core group of young talent, will lead Team USA into the 2011 Pan American Games slated to be held October 24-29 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
NEWCASTLE – U.S. athletes won seven out of ten events Saturday as Team USA took the team trophy, defeating host Great Britain and Northern Ireland at the Great North City Games in Newcastle, England.

Shortly following the men’s 1,500-meter final at the recent IAAF World Outdoor Championships in Daegu, South Korea, Matthew Centrowitz returned to his hometown of Arnold, Md., to spend some time with his family. It was a mini vacation for the University of Oregon senior, who had some time off before classes would begin for the fall semester.

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM -- Galen Rupp shattered the existing 10,000-meter American record while Walter Dix ran the second fastest 200m time in American history and four other American athletes secured Diamond League crowns at the Brussels Diamond League meet Friday.
