INDIANAPOLIS - U.S. Air Force Captain William “Billy” Boland has been named USA Track & Field’s Athlete of the Week after winning the Bank of America Chicago Marathon Satellite Race in Afghanistan.

Half Marathon, Janet Cherobon-Bawcom (Rome, Ga.) dominated the field at the USA Women's 10 km Championships Monday in Boston, Mass., running 32:47 for her third U.S. title of the year. Cherobon-Bawcom also secured the women's title for the 2011 USA Running Circuit.
