DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. - USA Track & Field’s Jesse Owens Awards presented by Nike will be broadcast for the first time in 2012, with a highlight show airing on NBC Sports Network from 7-8 p.m. Eastern Time Dec. 27.

The State of the Sport address from USATF Chief Executive Officer Max Siegel, recognition of dozens of 2012 Team USA Olympians and an athlete panel featuring London Olympic gold medalists Allyson Felix, Aries Merritt and Ashton Eaton highlighted the evening’s events.
