INDIANAPOLIS - USA Track & Field mourns the loss of W. Murray Sanford, an inaugural inductee to the USATF Officials Hall of Fame. Murray passed away Saturday, Nov. 9 after an extended illness.
INDIANAPOLIS – More than 100 masters athletes competed at the .US National Road Racing Championships in Alexandria, Va., where favorites Kathy Martin (Northport, N.Y.), Doug Goodhue (Milford, Mich.) and newcomer Tom McCormack (Johnson City, Tenn.) set new marks in the 12 km.

MONACO — It’s been a whirlwind weekend for Mary Cain (Bronxville, N.Y.), who accepted the Female Rising Star Award at IAAF World Athletics Gala held at the Salle des Etoiles of the Sporting Club d’Eté in Monoco. Cain’s coach Alberto Salazar was also honored by the IAAF, as he received the IAAF Coaching Achievement Award.
