ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Reigning world indoor record holder Jenn Suhr, 2012 Olympians Galen Rupp and Manteo Mitchell, and 2013 World Championship finalists and teenagers Mary Cain and Ajee’ Wilson will be among the names highlighting the USA Indoor Track & Field Championships, which begin Friday, February 21, and run through Sunday, February 23, at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

USATF mourns the death of legendary American masters long distance great Toshiko D'Elia. Born in Kyoto, Japan January 2, 1930, she came to the United States as a Fulbright scholar in 1951 after graduating from Tsuda College in Tokyo to pursue special education training. She died Wednesday, February 19 at her daughter’s home in Allendale, N.J.

Today, fourteen worthy recipients of the John W. James Endowment grant were announced by Foundation Executive Director Tom Jackovic and Chairman Bob Greifeld.
