INDIANAPOLIS -- Four American athletes were honored by the Caribbean Sports Journalists’ Association (CASJA) and the North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletics Association (NACAC) as the top track and field athletes in the region for 2014.
CHICAGO -- The 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon provided plenty of excitement, as five American women finished in the top 10 and eight U.S. men crossed in the top 20. Sunday also saw 11-time Paralympic medalist Tatyana McFadden continue her marathon dominance, earning her fourth straight Chicago Marathon crown.

INDIANAPOLIS – Tyler Pennel pulled away from a tight men’s race just past 19 miles, while Esther Erb ran a patient race to overtake leaders in the final three miles, as both athletes took home the win and first U.S. titles at Sunday’s USATF Marathon Championships, hosted by the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, in Minneapolis.
