ANAHEIM -- The late Kim Haines, beloved youth track & field advocate and former USATF board member, is the 2014 recipient of the Robert Giegengack Award. The Robert Giegengack Award is USATF’s highest honor for contributions to Athletics through volunteerism.
The 2014 USATF Annual Meeting came to a close Friday morning with the announcing of site selections, elections and other business.

Additionally, GlobeSmart® online cultural training will be made available to USATF elite athletes and staff through Rosetta Stone’s partnership with Aperian Global, Inc.
ANAHEIM -- USA Track & Field hosted a RUNJUMPTHROW experience at Orange Grove School in Anaheim, California, Dec. 3, as more than 30 elite athletes volunteered their time visiting classrooms and preparing 225 children for an afternoon of running, jumping and throwing through a variety of introductory skill stations.
