New Florida Association Sanction Requirements - effective 9/1/07:
1.  The "Event Organizer" listed on the sanction application must be a member organization of the Florida Association of USATF for the year in which the event is scheduled.  If the event organizer is not a USATF member organization, $100 must be added to the sanction fee.

2.  Failure to submit the event results and the Post Event Report within 15 days will result in the future requests for sanctions from the event organizer being denied until results and/or Post Event Report are submitted.
